A simple, secure 5-step process that protects everyone involved from start to finish.
1
Create the Transaction
The buyer, seller, or a broker creates an escrow transaction — setting the title, amount, inspection period, and who pays the escrow fee. All parties receive an email invitation to join.
Buyer or Seller or Broker
2
Buyer Funds the Escrow
The buyer deposits the transaction amount (plus their fee share if applicable) from their wallet. Funds are locked in escrow immediately — the seller cannot receive them yet, and the buyer cannot withdraw them.
Buyer
💡 If the fee is split 50/50, the seller must also pay their fee share from their wallet before they can proceed.
3
Seller Delivers Goods or Services
Once funds are secured (and the seller has paid their fee share if required), the seller delivers the product or service to the buyer and marks the transaction as delivered.
Seller
4
Buyer Inspects & Approves
The buyer has an agreed inspection period to verify the goods or services. If satisfied, they approve the transaction and funds are released instantly to the seller's wallet.
Buyer
⚠️ If there's a problem, the buyer can raise a dispute before the inspection period ends. Our team reviews and resolves it.
5
Seller Receives Payment
Funds are credited directly to the seller's wallet upon approval. The seller can then withdraw to their bank account or crypto wallet at any time. Transaction is marked complete.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Escrow is a financial arrangement where a neutral third party (us) holds and regulates payment between two parties. It protects the buyer from paying for something they never receive, and protects the seller from delivering without guarantee of payment.
Go to My Wallet → Deposit Funds. Choose bank transfer or cryptocurrency, send the funds to the account details provided, then submit your deposit request with proof of payment. Our team reviews and credits your wallet — usually within 24 hours.
You can raise a dispute before the inspection period ends. Our team will review the transaction, communicate with both parties, and either release funds to the seller or refund the buyer based on the evidence provided.
The seller receives payment immediately after the buyer approves the transaction, or automatically after the inspection period expires without a dispute being raised.
A transaction can be cancelled if it hasn't been funded yet. Once escrow is funded, a dispute must be raised to stop the transaction. Admins can cancel transactions in exceptional circumstances.
We currently support USD as the primary currency. You can deposit via bank transfer or cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and others) which are converted to your wallet balance.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team and processed within 24 hours on business days. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
The minimum transaction amount is $1. There is currently no maximum limit, though very large transactions may require additional verification.
When creating a transaction, you can choose to split the escrow fee 50/50 between buyer and seller. The buyer pays their half when funding, and the seller pays their half before marking delivery — both halves come from wallet balances.
